The FluidMaster is a development of mycon GmbH, the sister company of Kipp Umwelttechnik GmbH. The FluidMaster is also designed for cleaning large-volume heat transfer devices in terms of performance / tank size. The system is controlled by PLC and completely monitored. The FluidMaster continuously monitors the cleaning process by measuring the volume flow, the pressure, the temperature and the pH value. The concentration of the solution is also readjusted automatically by the PLC. The FluidMaster also optionally has a remote monitoring system. If necessary, the cleaning program can be changed remotely at any time. The status of the system can also be checked at any time by the Kipp Umwelttechnik GmbH office.

After cleaning, the medium is neutralized in the heat exchanger device and the surfaces are inhibited. The volume flow and pressure are then checked again. The cleaning is fully recorded by the FluidMaster. The documentation is available to the customer in desired form.

Christopher Schulte, Chemist M.Sc., at Kipp Umwelttechnik GmbH Head of the Service Heat Transfer Systems:

“The FluidMaster is an extremely powerful system. The simple operation – it is only necessary to select the appropriate cleaning program on the system display – the processes are greatly simplified. Thanks to the automated cleaning process, operating errors are almost impossible. The FluidMaster can also be used for large-volume cleaning. The standard volume of the flushing tank of 500l can be easily adapted to the required volume by extensions.

For smaller, difficult to access cleaning tasks, Kipp Umwelttechnik GmbH alternatively uses the Mini-FluidMaster with a weight of significantly less than 100kg. The Mini-FluidMaster is also manufactured by the sister company mycon GmbH. This results in flexible solutions for almost all cleaning requirements when flushing heat exchangers. Together with the alternative mechanical cleaning processes like JetMaster-System, TubeMaster and SpeedMaster in different configurations, Kipp Umwelttechnik GmbH offers efficient and effective solutions for all conceivable cleaning requirements for heat transfer systems.

The sewage treatment plant of the city of Oeynhausen had problems with the heat transfer of its shell and tube heat exchanger to heat the sewage sludge before entering the digester. The sewage sludge is heated to a temperature of 40 ° to achieve better digestion in the digester. The heating takes place with hot water from own block heating station. By flushing the jacket with the FluidMaster, the heat transfer could be improved by over 50% ”.

Mr. Beermann, manager of the sewage treatment plant of the city of Oeynhausen:

“The cleaning of the exchanger by Kipp Umwelttechnik GmbH went smoothly and only took a few hours. The cleaning was successful and improved the heat transfer by over 50 percent”.

Kipp Umwelttechnik GmbH advises customers from all areas of industry on suitable cleaning chemicals that are precisely tailored to the cleaning requirements and the materials of the surfaces.
