Damage to drains is annoying. We can help you to find the right renovation solution to rectify the problem in your drains, and also provide you with the help you need:
- Short-liner renovation
Minor drain damage or leaks? The short-liner renovation method can help here. A glass fibre laminate (mat) soaked in resin is placed around a packer and affixed. The device is then driven into the damaged area, positioned, expanded with compressed air and pressed against the inside wall of the drain. After the resin has hardened, the packer is removed from the drain. This method can be applied for drains with the formats DN 80 to DN 400. The damaged area is then permanently repaired without the need for digging.
- Hose liner renovation
Cracks, penetrating roots, debris, or leaky pipe connections? This is usually a case for the hose line system. A textile hose soaked in resin is inserted into the pipe from the shaft without the need for digging. This technique allows large drain sections with several small damaged areas to be repaired at once. This does away with the need for expensive individual repairs and the stability of the drain is maintained. After hardening, the drain is completely renewed inside – pipe within pipe. This method can be applied for drains with the formats DN 50 to DN 400.
A new pipe of an appropriate diameter is pulled into the old pipes, the pipe connections are joined so that they are tight, and the ring gap between the old and new pipe is filled. This creates an inner pipe with a high static strength without the need for digging.
- Renewal of the drains in an open trench method
Has the drain already collapsed or been seriously damaged? In this case, it is too late to try a closed repair approach. The destroyed areas need to be opened up and replaced. The company Jens W. Kipp Tiefbau GmbH will draw up a quotation for you.
